There have been months and months of delays getting assessments and treatment for her, and her parents are worried she her condition is getting worse because of administrative delays.

1st April 2011. Pauline Thackery is seen here at home, where she is having a nightmare with her building work. Loads of repairs have gone wrong and her ceiling almost caved in because workmen installed a dodgy toilet.
