Rockfish in Brixham has several restaurants across Devon and Dorset, and now they’re partnering with Pipers Farm to offer fresh, sustainable fish alongside their renowned meat boxes. I joined Pipers for an early morning visit as part of their ongoing collaboration.
Fish at Rockfish is sourced either straight from the small boats that land daily in Brixham Harbour or from certified sustainable MSC suppliers. They follow a zero-waste ethos and cook with the seasons to help protect marine ecosystems — a thoughtful, holistic approach that mirrors Pipers Farm’s values on land. The partnership is rooted in shared ethics, values and a commitment to quality.
